Frequently Asked Questions
Appointment information
What can I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit your physiotherapist will ask you a number of questions about your problem and will conduct a comprehensive assessment and range of tests which include a structural assessment, biomechanical evaluation, load tolerance and strength tests, muscle length tests and nervous system testing.
This enables your physiotherapist to make a diagnosis and start to prepare your personalised treatment plan. Wherever possible, treatment is started during your first visit.
