Before designing your unique training programme, we conduct a comprehensive functional movement screening. Your practitioner identifies your key strengths and weaknesses in areas such as stability, movement patterns, flexibility, muscle strength, posture, co-ordination and balance.
Your practitioner then feeds the results into your personalised training programme.

Progress tracking and monitoring
A key part of your strength and conditioning training is tracking your progress.
